Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Place water and broccoli in sauce pan
- Bring water to a boil & cover
- Let broccoli cook for approx 5 min or until crisp and bright green
- Turn off heat and add coconut oil & sea salt
- Mix well and serve
