Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  • Place water and broccoli in sauce pan
  • Bring water to a boil & cover
  • Let broccoli cook for approx 5 min or until crisp and bright green
  • Turn off heat and add coconut oil & sea salt
  • Mix well and serve
