Servings 6 (1 red, 1 green)
- 1.5 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large diced tomatoes
- 1 cup (roughly) of your favorite NO SUGAR ADDED salsa
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (if you want to make it spicy)
- Place chicken in crock pot and all remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low for at least 7 hours.
- After 7 hours, shred the chicken in the crock pot and let it cool!
