Ingredients

Servings 4 of 1 red, 1 tsp

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and de-veined
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Combine everything into a bowl and mix well
  2. Sautee shrimp on med/high heat for 2 minutes per side until pink
  3. SERVE!
