Ingredients
Servings 4 of 1 red, 1 tsp
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and de-veined
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Combine everything into a bowl and mix well
- Sautee shrimp on med/high heat for 2 minutes per side until pink
- SERVE!
