• 4 tsp Honey
  • 4 tsp Mustard
  • 4 4oz skinless chicken breasts


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix together the honey and the mustard
  3. Place each chicken breast in a tin foil tent (wrap chicken with foil with space on top but fully closed)
  4. Drizzle each breast with 1/4 of the honey mustard
  5. Close foil tents and place all chicken breasts in a 9×13 baking dish
  6. Cook for about 25-35 minutes or until inside is no longer pink
