• 1 scoop chocolate shakeology
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1 egg
  • Splash of Unsweetened Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp dark choc chips (optional)

Icing and Garnish ingredients

  • Unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tbsp of PB2 (optional for frosting)


  1. In a mug combine the dry ingredients add in the wet and mix well until it becomes like a cake batter
  2. Microwave 1:30-2:00 minutes or until center is not wet
  3. Mix 2 tbsp of PB2 with enough water to make it into a frosting consistency
  4. Put frosting on top and enjoy- add coconut flakes (optional)
